Lauren Silvers, PhD
Dr. Silvers specializes in child and family therapy focusing on childhood social skills deficits, behavioral problems, hyperactivity, impulsivity, and parent coaching. She collaborates with parents in developing strategies to improve a child’s behavior and emotional health thereby achieving greater family harmony. Dr. Silvers received her doctorate from Seattle Pacific University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland providing treatment to underserved families. She also trained at the University of Washington Parenting Clinic under the supervision of Dr. Carolyn Webster-Stratton, developer of The Incredible Years treatment program.
Emily Rastall, PhD
Dr. Rastall is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with children and families to manage and cope with challenging child behaviors. A primary focus of her work involves coaching parents on effective strategies to bring out the best in their individual child. Dr. Rastall received her doctorate from Seattle Pacific University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Child Study and Treatment Center. Dr. Rastall spent many years at Seattle Children's Hospital and currently works exclusively in private practice. Dr. Rastall has been leading Incredible Years groups since 2012 and has helped hundreds of families enjoy parenthood and feel confident in their abilities to handle even the most challenging situations.
